A simple but nutritional Chinese dish.

Ingredient
1. Chicken thigh or breast 鸡腿或胸肉
2. Dried mushroom 冬菇 - soaked
3. Black fungus 木耳 - soaked
4. Orange daylily 金针菜 - soaked, knotted
5. Dang gui (sweet) 甜当归 - rinsed
6. Red dates 红枣 - seeded
7. Wolfberry 枸杞子 - washed
8. Ginger 老姜 - julienned
9. Pink salt 高山岩盐
10. Black sesame oil 黑麻油
11. Light soy sauce 酱清
12. Water 水
Method
1. Cut chicken into bite size, marinate with ingredient 8-11. Set aside.
2. Cut mushroom, black fungus into desired size.
3. Mixed ingredient 2-7 with chicken, add small amount of water, plate onto steaming dish, steam until done.
4. Serve hot.
