Cherylshuen is a synonym for art of food, conceptualized and handmade with love.
Pei Shuen’s flair for art was apparent in her outstanding works of interests in drawing, painting, dancing and Chinese calligraphy. She was no doubt a star student of her famous teachers, having won numerous top prizes and awards in various national events.
Beginning her journey as a freelance cake designer, Pei Shuen eventually opened a brick-and-mortar bakery, the Cherylshuen, operating successfully for over 12 consecutive years.
Over the years, Cherylshuen has gained countless compliments from satisfied clients who experienced beautiful details of cakes, desserts, venue decorations and thoughtful coordination service. We constantly receive calls from clients who turned friends to be part of their celebrations.
Cherylshuen has been featured on radio and TV programs, profiled in newspapers and magazines such as 联合早报, Epicure, Tatler Weddings, Style:Weddings, 南洋艺术, Icon Weddings, Female Brides, Herworld Brides and Wedding & Travel, to name a few.
Cherylshuen has garnered numerous accolades from satisfied customers. Her past clients have included large corporates as Chopard, Deloitte Singapore, Google, Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), Marc Jacobs and others.
Pei Shuen is taking a break from bakery operation since the arrival of her second baby in year 2017. Besides spending more time with her family, she is attending ACTA to better equip herself with lesson planning knowledge along with organizing of classes.
